The next six week course, starts in May 3rd 2025. It is designed for individuals who have completed a beginners series. A reasonable level of fitness is expected, and an experience of the absolute basics is required The class will cover barre work, centre work with adage focusing on the precise alignment of arms, legs, and body, as well as some allegro, which involves faster ballet steps.
