Understanding your pelvic floor!
This workshop is mostly, but not solely, for postnatal women – at any stage. However, those with any pelvic related issues or just an interest in learning more about the ‘Power House’ will find this session really useful. The Pelvic floor is often misunderstood and the stresses from life and a rigorous exercise plan can often hinder rather than help. We will do useful exercises that you can remember and add to your exercise plan at the gym or at home!
