This class is for you if you experience non-specific back pain and related issues. It will help you to work with your back while strengthening your whole body. A lot of back problems arise from faulty posture and wrong use of muscles. You can learn to bring your back into better health and be pain free when you apply yourself to being focused, develop your breathing, posture and core stability. Pilates correctly executed is one of the best ways to alleviate non-specific, chronic back pain
For more serious issues i.e slipped discs etc, you will need a letter from your doctor or physio to say that you are physically able to participate in Pilates exercises. The teacher will need to be consulted before you sign up so please email us beforehand if you do have any serious back or joint issues. firstname.lastname@example.org
