BodyWorks Classes at Dance Workshop

We have classes to suit everyone in our BodyWorks programme, whether you’re a serious Pilates/yoga student or just want to do a relaxing Qi Gong class. You can start the day the way you mean to go on, taking care of your body and your mind. Take your usual coffee/tea before a morning class or a nice refreshing healthy herb tea fresh juice/smoothie while you’re here.
