Morning classes

Morning Classes at Dance Workshop

We have classes to suit everyone in our Morning Fitness programme. Whether you’re a serious Pilates/yoga student or just want to do a fun, energising dance class or relaxing T’ai Chi. You can start the day the way you mean to go on, taking care of your body and your mind. Take your morning coffee/tea before class or a nice refreshing healthy herb tea fresh juice/smoothie while you’re here.

Tuesdays

Pilates Tone And strengthen Level 9.30 am 

Pilates Mixed Levels – 10.30 am

Wednesdays

T’ai Chi Mixed Level – 9.30 am

T’ai Chi Advanced – 10.45 am

Thursdays 

Pilates Level 3 – 9.30 am (Please call to book onto this class)

Pilates Mixed Levels – 10.30 am currently taking beginners 

Fridays

Yoga Intermediate – 10 -11.30 am
