A progressive form of yoga which yet honours the old traditions. This class is ideal if you wish to take time and ease yourself into otherwise demanding postures as the approach is very gentle. The class will include flowing postures, energy sequences and Pranayama (breathing practices)

A progressive form of yoga which has its roots in hatha yoga and includes classical yoga postures (asanas), pranayama (breath work), mudras (gestures), positive affirmations, empowering visualisations and powerful, flowing, dynamic sequences.

This course is ideal if you wish to take time and ease yourself into otherwise demanding postures as the approach is very gentle.
