A reasonable level of fitness is required for general classes. Anyone wishing to attend Pilates at The Dance Workshop should establish their level with the teacher before attending class and go over any health issues beforehand.

NEW Beginners Course – Monday 7.30 pm 
Improvers Level 2  6.30 pm – studio 3 
Mixed Levels Slow Pilates – Tuesday 10.30 am

Intermediate Level 3 – 6.30pm – studio 1

Classes are £7.50 (from September)  -Beginners course £36.00 for six weeks

What should I wear?

Comfortable clothing such as jogging bottoms and a t-shirt or leotard, with a sweatshirt to keep you warm at the beginning of class. A towel is useful to rest your head on and a mat. (If you do not have a suitable mat, they are available to use at The Dance Workshop). Bare feet or socks.
