Our beginner courses are for anyone who has no prior experience of Pilates. Over six week you are introduced to the basic concepts and principals of classical Pilates mat work which enable you to then either remain basic level or take the next level up. A reasonable level of fitness is required but if you are in any doubt don’t hesitate to contact us and we will do our best to answer your query.
