NEW YOGA CLASSES 

RELAX! ENERGISE! STRENGTHEN & BE MORE AT ONE WITH YOURSELF!

This is a progressive form of yoga which yet  honours the old traditions. The class is ideal if you wish to take time and ease yourself into otherwise demanding postures as the approach is very gentle. For all body types, (although a reasonable level of fitness is required) and all ages. The class will include flowing postures, energy sequences and Pranayama (breathing practices)
