At the Dance workshop we do our utmost to ensure that everyone is in the right level class and that all students receive equal attention in order to promote solid technique and help each person to achieve maximum benefit from their class. We build slowly and thoroughly so that the student is confident in their understanding and execution of all exercises and can work at a pace suitable for themselves. 

Please note – A reasonable level of fitness is required for general classes. Anyone wishing to attend Pilates at The Dance Workshop should establish their level with the teacher before attending class and go over any health issues beforehand.

MORNING CLASSES

INTERMEDIATE/ADVANCED LEVEL –  Thursdays 9.30 am

(assessment of your level is required  prior to booking)

MIXED LEVELS Tuesdays 10.30 am

(not absolute beginners) 

MIXED LEVELS Thursdays 10.30 am

(currently taking beginners)

PILATES WITH WEIGHTS AND SOFT BALL-  Tuesdays 9.30

(experience of level  2 to 3 essential. Please call or email to discuss your level)

EVENING CLASSES

Intermediate Level 3 Mondays – 6.30pm – studio 1

Improver Level 2 Mondays  7.30 pm

Single Classes are £7.50 

Beginner courses £42.00 for six weeks 

What should I wear?

Comfortable clothing such as jogging bottoms and a t-shirt or leotard, with a sweatshirt to keep you warm at the beginning of class. A towel is useful to rest your head on and a mat. (If you do not have a suitable mat, they are available to use at The Dance Workshop). Bare feet or socks.
