Morning classes

Morning Classes at Dance Workshop

We have classes to suit everyone in our Morning Fitness programme. Whether you’re a serious Pilates/yoga student or just want to do a fun, energising dance class or relaxing T’ai Chi. You can start the day the way you mean to go on, taking care of your body and your mind. Take your morning coffee/tea before class or a nice refreshing healthy herb tea/fresh juice/smoothie while you’re here.

Mondays

Fitsteps all ages and abilities 1.30 pm

Tuesdays

Pilates Tone And strengthen Level 39.30 am 

Pilates Mixed Levels – 10.30 am

Pilates Strength and Tone Level 1  – 11 am starts September 2019

Wednesdays

Intro course Adult Tap 9.30 am starts September 2019

Intro course Adult Ballet 10.15 am  starts September 2019

T’ai Chi Mixed Level – 9.30 am

T’ai Chi Advanced – 10.45 am

Pilates for beginners 11.15 am

 

Thursdays 

Pilates Level 3 – 9.30 am 

Pilates Mixed Levels – 10.30 am currently taking beginners Fridays

Fridays

Yoga for beginners 9 – 10 am (starts September 2019)

Yoga Intermediate – 10 -11.30 am
