Morning Classes at Dance Workshop
We have classes to suit everyone in our Morning Fitness programme. Whether you’re a serious Pilates/yoga student or just want to do a fun, energising dance class or relaxing T’ai Chi. You can start the day the way you mean to go on, taking care of your body and your mind. Take your morning coffee/tea before class or a nice refreshing healthy herb tea/fresh juice/smoothie while you’re here.
Pilates with Weights and Soft ball – Inter/Advanced level (Assessment of level essential )
Pilates Mixed Levels – 10.30 am (Not absolute beginners)
Dance Fitness – Lovely Ballroom and Latin steps for health and fitness (starting in January 2019) Open levels 11.30 am (email for more information)
Tai Chi Mixed Level – 9.30 am
Tai Chi Advanced – 10.45 am
Pilates Workout Inter/Advanced – 9.30 am (assessment of level is required)
Pilates Mixed Levels – currently taking beginners (pre-booking essential)
Yoga Intermediate – 10.45 am (email for booking information – no drop ins)
