Morning Classes

Daytime Classes at Dance Workshop

We have classes to suit everyone in our Morning Fitness programme. Whether you’re a serious Pilates/yoga student or just want to do a fun, energising dance class or relaxing T’ai Chi. You can start the day the way you mean to go on, taking care of your body and your mind. Take your morning coffee/tea before class or a nice refreshing healthy herb tea/fresh juice/smoothie while you’re here.

Mondays

Fitsteps all ages and abilities 1.30 pm

Tuesdays

Pilates Mixed Levels – 10.30 am 

Wednesdays

Tai Chi Mixed Level – 9.30 am

Tai Chi Advanced – 10.45 am

Thursdays 

Pilates Level 3 – 9.30 am 

Pilates Mixed Levels – 10.30 am currently taking beginners (Please call to book a place)

Fridays

Yoga Intermediate – 10.00 am (email or call to book)
